True North Excellence invites to experience a sharing visit to PepsiCo International’s Walkers Snack Foods in Coventry, manufacturers of household brands including Doritos and French Fries.

Delegates will see and learn the main process, packaging and multi-packaging of 6 production lines.

As well as touring the plant and facilities, delegates will have the opportunity to listen and ask questions to key figures from across the business to gain a more detailed understanding of how improvements have been made after a staggered Lean journey.
