WORKSHOP DETAIL:

Following the classic Hoshin Planning process, the strategy simulation teaches you how to define the inputs for strategy and how to capture and communicate strategic objectives to your organisation.

Bringing together leaders and operational managers from across different sectors, teams will compete against each other for the best resulting top-level strategy plan, learning from each other, the process and cross-sector experience along the way.

Starting with strategic thinking and building strategy, and ending with strategy planning, you will discover how to use a simple framework to effectively develop strategy.

This workshop is highly experiential and designed for those who wish to learn-by-doing. Get ready to see theory brought to life! No bystanders allowed…
