*For organisations who are have 8 or more people in their group we can offer a tailor made visit, enabling a deeper dive into specific areas and topics.
** If you are on a transformational journey, then a Kaikaku experience (Kaikaku means Radical change) will help inspire, energise and enthuse your teams on the transformational journey ahead. Our Kaikaku visits can be delivered in the UK, Europe, USA or Japan. From 8 to 15 people we will organise the entire experience, ranging from 3 to 5 days.
