Simon has had over 20 years training & development experience in the private and public sector. His focus as a coach and trainer is in enabling growth in people, creating strategies that are full of impact, thought provoking and exciting. Being a Mental Health First Aid Instructor has helped Simon develop a sensitive awareness when coaching, training and developing people.
